Hi! I'm Joel, AKA yole AKA yoleshouse. I love horseback riding and skiing, making Skijorning a great combo for me! As a native east coaster from Philadelphia (go birds!), being pulled by a horse with wooden planks on my feet feels exotic, and I'm excited to compete. I'm a skier at Alta Ski Area (4th season), but I also snowboard from time to time (17th season), so deciding to ski or snowboard is not a decision I make lightly. My friends and I embrace Always Be Skiing (ABS) philosophy, so what better way to continue the trend by ABS with horses.
